To change your password, go to My Account > Change Password > Enter your old password > Create new password > Log in again.
To create a new account, click Register > Enter your valid details > Enter Password > Click Register Now.

To delete your account, Go to My Account > Delete Account > Enter Confirmation Code.
Any user that has an account can reset their password by following these steps:
Click on the "Log Out" button in the top right corner.
Go to the “Log In” Page.
Click "Forgot Username/Password" Type in your registered e-mail address.
To set up an invoice, go to the "My Account" page, select the "Subscription History" tab, and then click the "Invoice" button to generate it.
We do not offer Return Policy or Refund Policy
To set up an order purchase invoice, go to the "My Account" page, select the "Order History" tab, and then click the "Invoice" button to generate it.
If your payment failed, there could be several issues.
1. If your payment was declined, please ensure that all of the information is entered correctly.
2. If your payment was processed, please wait 2 hours for the transaction to be reflected on your electronic citation.
3. If your payment was not successfully processed, please contact the Customer Service
